Settle into your bed. Lie on your back. Place your hands on your belly and notice the rise and fall of every inhale and exhale. Breathe deeply on the inhale and the exhale, slow and deep. Meditate on the coziness of your bed and blankets. Let yourself soak in the pleasure of being still and at rest. Happy Place: Close your eyes and imagine that you are in a peaceful, happy place or memory as if you are actually there. Think about this place with all the 5 senses. If any thought comes by, let it pass by like a car and go back to thinking about your happy, peaceful place.
